Hello Madam, swollen cheek may be because of tooth infection which can cause pain. When  has been medicine started? Relief should be felt once proper course of medicine is followed.
Next Steps
u can apply ice pack(or wrap 3-4 ice cubes in plastic bag) on cheek externally twice to thrice a day. It should help to limit the swelling from spreading & to relieve some pain. Lukewarm water with salt gargle may sooth some internal swelling.
Health Tips
Please get follow up with your Dentist again if relief is not being felt soon. Dentist will be helpful for further treatment of infection.
