My father's hand is shaking while holding some objects.No strength in hand & struggling to hold the objects.Dont know what kind of treatment to give.Please suggest

Sir, this is a symptom for parkinsons. for proper treatment proper diagnosis is better. you can consult in person with any neuro physician or expert physiotherapist near you. In physiotherapy it can be treated through electrotherapy and exercises. If its in Hyderabad you can consult back in private for diagnosis and treatment.

It seems like an intentional tremor more suggestive of cerebellar disorder. If itbis associated with weakness, kindly consult a neurologist followed by Occupational therapy for hand and coordination.
