Frnd had unprotected anal sex with two partners who were clean never had sex with anyone before he had sex in 2016 now he is worried about hiv will he get hiv after many years recently he got cbc platelets are in adequate If partners are clean did had sex with unknown even after multiple partners will get hiv? Even if two partners did not had hiv before??
