Do blood pressure monitoring for one week, at least 2-3 times daily.
Avoid stress, salt . Start exercising 30 minutes thrice a week.
If high BP persists on more occassions, we will need to start antihypertensives.

The fluctuation in the blood pressure is somewhat dangerous.
Usually does not occur unless you are suffering from any stress or it may be due to default in measuring the blood pressure by yourself.
So so go for the BP check up at least once in a day for continuous three days and for the same doctor with the same BP apparatus and in the same timings.
Please add all the three readings and get the average figure, if final report shows the blood pressure more than 120/80 mm Hg, then that particular person is considered to be having blood pressure in the final decision to be taken by the GENERAL PHYSICIAN.
