My hb level is 8.5 kindly advise how to improve My hb level is 8.5 and alo rbc level is 2.5 Vitamin b12 is also low

Plz don't start medications  without knowing the cause , I have a lot of experience and research in hematology , Plz get following investigations Retic count , PBS for anemia typing and plz consult me for specialist opinion and proper management.

Yes your haemoglobin is quite low, virtually 60% of normal. Low RBC and B 12 indicate less production from bone marrow. There might be other deficiencies too like that of Iron, vitamin C and D, Folic acid etc. You must have been prescribed appropriate medicines by your treating physician. Follow it for quite sometime and if already done and the Hb still remains low, you may need other things for which you should consult further.
