My left testicles light pain

Observed light pain from lower stomach to testicles on left side , it's like nerve pain , not constant but sometimes

You are possibly having radiating pain of the testicles. Reasons need to be ruled out.

physical examination by urologist and USG abdomen pelvis and scrotum. get a scrotal supporter as well.
