My left upper back is paining
2 days ago I felt a pain in my left upper back just below the shoulder. Probably because the previous night I might have slept on my left side rather than my back. Now I am afraid of lifting heavy in the gym as it might damage more. Please do suggest what should I do or what particular doctor I should visit?
