My Liver grade 1 faty liver in USG
I doing USG in. 17 Feb 2020 that my Liver grade 1 faty liver with size 11 cm .My sgpt 50 and sgot. 40. Iam taking Himalayan liv 52 ds last 2 months and doing physical exercise 7 km joging and 5 km walking perday last 03 months .pls suggest me.

Start low fat low calorie diet.. Please do blood Lipid profile and fasting blood sugar test.. continue physical exercise.

We see more commonly fatty liver nowadays , is cos of diet .. I see ur liver size is not too enlarged ..and Sgpt and sgot also not very much elevated .. We do fibroscan for the liver which gives us fair idea of ur liver structure and helps in grading .. I would suggest not to take any liv 52 ..no studies have proven to say this is better.. But def physical activity for atleast 45 mins and weight loss ll help u to control fatty liver .. Vit E is helpful is reducing the injury to liver from fat ..should be taken for atleast 3 months
