My mother 55years having lump in breast
My mother 55years had a lump in right breast on 20th july general physician suggested mammography and fnac can you please suggest what should I do ? Does it mean she have breast cancer ?

It's most likely cancer. Do true cut biopsy with IHC & ER/PR/Her2 neu status and CECT Thorax+abdomen+pelvis + whole body bone scan if you can't afford pet-ct.
