My period is very light this month
My period is very light this month. Generally my cycles are regular - within 29-32 days. Should I be concerned or wait till next months cycle?
What are the causes of a light period? Could it be the change in temperature and sudden heat wave?

Reasons for light period could be
pregnancy
Deranged thyroid and prolactin levels and being on the higher side of the BMI
