My son communicating with soul

I m asking for my son..He is 3 yr 6 mth nw...He is communicating with soul & i dnt know who it is..Every night he s playing with them, sometimes it will cause some injuries in his body..& he will explain everything at the morning..Hw can he communicate with them? What can I do to save my son
