My son have neck pain
My son is 4 year old he came home crying that he is having neck pain and couldn't move his head.i asked his teacher and she said he slept on table for some time so I thought it will go away after sometime or while sleeping but even today he having pain and he is not moving his head at all on right side especially he is crying is touching that area.what to do i applied roll on but still he is not able to move his head freely how long it will take to cure.ehat care should be taken

Is there fever? Bcoz fever association with neck pain is different condition If it is bcoz of some strain it will be relieved in a week...
