My son's fever is not coming down
My son's fever is not coming down even after giving Meftal-p today. It's been 2 hrs almost, but his fever hardly reduced from 103.9 to 103.1 F. Although, when yesterday I had given Mefkind Forte(which contains both paracetamol and mefenamic acid) his fever comes down immediately in 30-45 mins.

Ok. But be careful. Don't give next dose within 6 hrs. If child is active and no discomfort even if fever is present, medications generally not needed.

Make sure he is well hydrated. Give sips of water every 10-15 mins.
Also sponge him from head to toe. This will help bring down fever faster
