My stomach experiences a painful ache.
Once or even twice a year my stomach experiences very painful ache .
It continues 5 to 6 hours but is really painful.
It goes mild after a long rest.
This recently captured me yesterday !
I just wanted to know that what actually causes it and what can be it's precautions.

Maybe gastritis or any other organs may involved
Go for ultrasound abdomen test
Upper g I endoscopy test
