My WBC are 15600 .
When i checked here with my local doctor he said due to stress my wbc are high. But i am satisfied with his answer... Need your suggestion on this what is the root cause for my wbc are high?

Your wbc count mildly elevated may be due to infective etiology... high white blood cell count usually indicates:
An increased production of white blood cells to fight an infection
A reaction to a drug that increases white blood cell production
A disease of bone marrow, causing abnormally high production
of white blood cells
An immune system disorder that increases white blood cell
