  4. Myomectomy. Surgery was unsuccessful?

My myomectomy was done a month ago for a 12X15cm intramural fibroid. Got my first period day before which is extremely heavy(1pad every hour) just like before the op. Does it mean the surgery was unsuccessful?

No it doesn’t mean it was unsuccessful Kindly get assessed for hormonal imbalances
