Hi have you any kind of vaginal discharge? If you have any kind of vaginal white discharge then you can chat here. :- maintain hygiene.wash your garments in dettol. Second when you have no periods then do not wear garments at home. 3rd avoid to eat garm tasir things like dryfruits,papaya :-if you have watery discharge then avoid tea ,chilli . :- take Fluconazole tablet 150 mg one this week and one next week :-use eberconazole cream for local use apply it 2 or 3 times a day :- when you go toilet then clean it properly then dry that area with cotton towel then wear garments.

Hello this needs detailed consultation. It seems to be fungal infection. Also you need to maintain proper hygiene. As you said this happens during menstrual period so i need detailed description as to for how many days itching persists and other days is itching totally absent and you are totally comfortable?

Wash your inner wear in hot water and then dry them properly under sunlight. Also iron them before wearing. What about your sexual history? Are you married?

No wearing wet underwears. Apply neem oil in the area. twice once while going to bed and once in the morning
