Narcisistic personlity disorder
My father is npd age 59.He falls under cluster A personality.Is it treatable at this age? Plz any suggestion is appreciated.

Personality disorders are treatable but not curable . One might try supportive psychotherapy from a qualified Clinical psychologist along with family therapy for the needful

He Needs Counselling and Psychotherapy for behaviour modification. But it needs hus self awareness. It is very difficult but u should try and Consult Psychologist and take treatment. Homoeopathy has some miracle results in such cases. So , i suggest u to also u can Consult Homoeopathic doctor or me to take treatment. I wish u best of luck. He needs family support also.

Firstly we need to administer medication then counselling can be done. Medication can be given with or with out his knowledge but before that who deduced npd and type a personality for him if he has done 16 pf then he might agree to treatment as well

Not really.. Since he will not see problem with him.. And we can't change someone who doesn't see an issue or isn't motivated for counseling
