Narrow hole in right nostril

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Hello Doctor! My daughter is 11 month old. I have observed her right nostril passage deep inside is narrow in comparison to the left nostril. A bulb type structure is there deep inside on the wall. She is not having any cold and cough since last 7 months. Her birth weight was 3.26 kg and currently it is 8.3 kg. She is c- section baby. Many thanks in advance.

A better centre focussed picture will be needed to make sure it’s not an obstruction ( present picture appears to be taken from right side of the baby ) kindly take it by keeping the camera in line with the centre of the nose
