Hello sir, I'm 28 year old. My problem is I can not pass stool easily. I don't want to get time consuming surgery. Im facing this problem since my childhood. Anal size does not become enlarged with age. There are 2 kinds of difficulty that can occur. Some people have nerve problems and some have small anus.
