Daughter age 6 recently recovered from dengue but still sometime her nose bleed a little .

Nose bleeding after dengue may be because of reduced platelet count, other causes are nasal septal ulceration, nose picking, rhinitis etc. Examination of nose is necessary to identify the cause for bleeding
