My two month old baby suffering from nasal congestion in night.M using cinarest nasal drop. Is there any severe problem

Hey, clean the nose properly before ge goes to sleep. Trying making him sleep in prone ( supervised) or neck elevated 30 to 45 degree so that the postnasal drip doesn't disturb his sleep

Just use nasoclear drops 2 drop each nostril thrice a day
