Naxdom 500 taken but no relief

Respected sir/maam
My sister age 17years have an attack of migraine every month
She took naxdom 500 last night empty stomach but she coulnt find the medicine helpful and She fell asleep and the next morning all the symptoms subsided. But during pain there was no relief with medication.
Kindly look into it and please suggest a treatment with dosage for permanent relief

If naxdom is not helpful then she can try Tab Flexon. Also she should be started on prophylactic medication.

She needs to take sos painkillers and do regular relaxation exercises like deep breathing.
Also daily walks.
