  4. Neck and arm pain. Is it overdose?

Neck and arm pain
I hav been having neck pain from past three years. The pain has come down to my shoulders and arms too. I consulted many doctors and found i dont have any structural problems after taking x-ray, MRI etc. A neurosurgeon advised me to do 3 month exercises. He gave me some tablets too. I need to have dolo650 four times a day. Is it overdose? My vitals are all normal. The only deficiency i have is vitamin d.
