Neck muscle Pain
My back portion of neck and forehead is giving very high ache few days ago my lower spine was in pain but that got less now neck problem has come up . Please if you could provide any help

You have cervicogenic headache .find a good physio and get treated ,this may be due to wrong posture for long time .
