Neck pain in turnings
I m unable to move freely my neck, by looking at me people are asking Neck (pattinda) pain, so is there any problem with my neck, van it curable, and i m also suffering with back pain all the time so am i suffering from cervical-spondylosis or any and plz suggest me where to go and how to get rid of this

It could be cervical spondylosis.  Consult a orthopedician

It can be  trapezius muscle spasm or tightness due to awkward positioning of neck..you can consult physiotherapist  to relieve d pain and spasm of that particular muscle.
