If the pain is unbearable, it’s good to start antispasmodic medication, apply hot pack few times a day, if the pain and stiffness persists for more than 4-5 days then consult a PT. Reduce screen time, no sudden movements, no self stretching, it generally takes 5-7 days to subside.
