Neck Sprain
What home remedy can I do to reduce a neck sprain. It has happened because of sleeping on the wrong side. Physiotheraphy sessions are unavailable on Sunday hence it will really help if there is any effective way to reduce the pain.

wry neck is a very common issue after sleeping on the wrong side

you can go for some local gel application and gentle stretches of the shoulder girdle and very light stretch of the neck as well you can take some painkiller if the pain is of high intensity

no massage on the neck should be done from tomorrow onwards you may start with some hot fomentation once a day
