Pain in right neck may be due to some muscle spasm.see it the pain worsens with pain .
If it does so then u can take a pain killer with a muscle relaxant for few days which will take away ur pain
Post operative pain is common if not treated properly.
You need to take painkillers
However to adminster appropriate amounts of painkillers, doctor needs to know your weight, the class of analgesics your body responds to, your LFT reports.
So to plan an appropriate regime of treatment, kindly make an appointment and we can discuss it together
