Need a multivitamin
Hello,
I need a multivitamin for hair and energy,
I don't eat food properly as I don't have time to take complete diet,
So can you suggest me a multivitamin which I can take daily which includes all essential vitamins and minerals and useful for hair and energy.
I am having severe hair fall, and I get tired very fast.
I am a breastfeeding mother of a 7 month baby.

I would like to suggest you to take proper diet because food is natural and supplements are artificial and artificial food can't replace natural food u are on breast feeding even you should take diet more then regular diet
if u will not take proper food u would not able to feed your baby

If you are a breast feeding mother proper nutrition is reuired which includes not only multivitamin but also protein which is also very important for hairs. So you may use Zincovit , Becozinc along with RB Tone but food protein must be added.
