Need advice for Kidney condition
Respected Doctors, With utmost gratitude, I would like to have an expert opinion/advice on the recently diagnosed kidney condition of my uncle Mr. Basu Debnath. He was having lower side back pains/spasms regularly during night from 10 days now and also had to get administered with painkiller injection(on doctor discretion) once to relieve same. 2 days back upon Doctor consultation (within locality), he has been prescribed for USG and Urea+Creatinine and below reports are in hand. ##USG Report (Attached plates): 1) Right sided ureterolithiasis with hydronephrosis 2) Atrophied left kidney 3) Hypertrophy of prostate. ##REPORT ON THE BIOCHEMICAL EXAMINATION#   BLOOD UREA - 103.00 mg/dl   CREATININE   -     5.80 mg/dl   Please advice on the severity and expected complications, cure possible for LT Kidney? And the treatment roadmap ahead .
