Hi, I'm 31 yrs weighing 48 kgs.. I want to gain weight.. during pregnancy I lost my weight which I could not re gain till now.. pls advice diet plan

Ta maintain a proper health a proper maintenance of body is required. Proper diet,proper physical exercise, proper mental health management,proper sleep is needed. Consult a physician and check ur BMI ,BP,pulse etc.After those parameters are known then other health management can be applied

It would need a holistic approach including few lifestyle routines, self therapies, excersise along with dietary changes.
