Need Guidance regarding Typhoid
I was diagnosed with Typhoid via Widal test on 27 Feb 2021. After that I have taken Ayurvedic treatment for 3 days and Antibiotics treatment for 5 days. Currently i have no symptoms of any kind. I want to know what should be the next step. This is the second time i am getting typhoid. Last year in june i also had typhoid. I am attaching my blood test report and my medicine prescription. Please Guide

WIDAL test is not diagnostic of typhoid fever, unless it's Possitve in high titer or rising titer, it may indicate past infection, Blood culture with BachTalert is ideal , however you have to get it done before starting antibiotics, However I doubt if your enteric fever diagnosed earlier was it confirmed with blood culture? It's unlikely that it responded to Ayurveda treatment without antibiotics, . If it's diagnosed based on single WIDAL test, it may b false Possitve,

You are not following treatment regimen as per dr +5day dose is not sufficient  it has to be 2weeks  +that's is reason of getting repeated widal positive
