I am 7.2 months pregnant having low afi, low placenta. what precautions should I take

get a obs Doppler done ....take lots of fluids ...argipreg sachets twice daily with water to improve afi apart from iron calcium and protein supplements ...keep a check on your baby movements....consult a gynaecologist so that bp and other vitals can be checked ...
