Also stressed too much due to covid 19 for family and self. A little feel in body scare me like anything. I used to take medicine due to anxiety and panic attack after elder brother death in 2017 . It got not normal from last one year but nowadays sitting in home fearing this pandemic increases heartbeat n little pain in chest.what are covid symptom ...A normal temperature little cold or any single thing

You need to realise a few things 1. Corona infection in most people is very mild or even asymptomatic. 2. Till the time we have no vaccine, only precautions can save us. 3. Being precautious and being over stringent about rules are two different things. 4. You need to sit back and just use this time to the best of your capability and keep your mind occupied in the process. 5. Even if you are diagnosed with covid, guidelines ask for home isolation of the person, since most of the patients being positive are asymptomatic, ie they don't have any complaints. So they're better off at home provided they can strict isolate. 6. Try out a new hobby. Follow instragram trends
