Need help on medication
Dr recommends Telma H40 for my father. He accidentally brought Telma AM H 40. Can someone plz advice is these two are same medicines. Is it safe to take telma am h40 for a Parkinson and heart patient.

They are not same Though these medicines are safe, telma am h is more strong as it has one more drug in combination. It’s better to follow doctors prescription
