Hello Addiction of any kind - physical or psychological can have an impact on mood. It is possible that you may developed secondary depressive features due to the addiction or an independent mood disorder. This requires further evaluation and detailed consult. I urge you to begin to take charge and start by getting a family member on board to perhaps help you through this tough patch.
Next Steps
Seek a consult with a psychiatrist who would evaluate you for mood features and also help taper your spasmoproxyvon addiction
