The main cause of tooth loss is poor oral hygiene, provided you are not suffering from any major systemic disease. Get a thorough scaling done and fillings in teeth which have cavities. Also do regular brushing twice a day after meals. This should help in saving your remaining teeth.

The tooth loss may be due to local factors or systemic factors. Most common being neglected poor oral hygiene. Check with.a well experienced dentist and take a proper professional advice and management. Better early than never.
You need to consult a good dentist and get an OPG X-ray done. It should be analysed what is the cause of loss of teeth and so many cavities. Accordingly you can be advised how to prevent future problems
First visit a dentist and have a full mouth xray taken. Try to first find the reason for loosing teeth.
Later can plan implant or bridge and saving some teeth with rct and gum treatment.
