My concern is about IUD contraception.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
It will be a very good decision to go for intra uterine contraceptive devices.
There are no contraindications as such if you have been having a fairly regular cycle every month.
You will just need to check the thread by yourself from time to time thats it. It will be thought to you by a gynecologist as to how to check the thread.
And she will educate you more on it.
