I think what i have is tendonitis but i am still not sure i have severe pain on my left shoulder in the front side

Use Cold pack on ur shoulder for 10-15min twice a day. Avoid lifting heavy weight and give support to the shoulder. Meet the Physiotherapist to improve the healing and reduce pain. Then after reducing the pain start strengthening exercises under the supervision of the Physiotherapist
