Need to consult psychotherapist
I face problem talking to ppl.while talking to females I'm forced staring at their breasts which I don't want to but it's like something is forcing me to look there & same is the case with males also I'm forced looking at their private parts which I don't want to.i try not to look there but I'm forced to do so...which makes me uncomfortable talking to ppl....what should I do plz suggest...I have this problem from last 3 years I guess....

It seems you are disturbed by looking at other's bosy parts and it's completely against your wish and you are not able control it that's the reason you want help. It suggestive of OCD however detail discussion and evaluation is needed to confirm it. Dont worry it can be treated easily with proper treatment. Consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and establish diagnosis so that final treatment can be suggested. All the best

I would like to clarify certain things.. 1) How did those symptoms started? 2)Do you have repeatative thoughts about the same ? 3) How do u feel after doing so ( looking at female breasts & male genitals)? ( Guilty/ relieved / excited) .. On the basis of symptoms .. this can be a case of OCD detailed evaluation is needed to confirm diagnosis
