Needle Pinch pain in left side of Chest

Since last 15 days m feeling heaviness at the left side of Chest. Pain is not severe rather like a Needle pinch pain for 3-4 secs. M feeling it in duration after every 5-6 hours. Is it any Heart problem or just Gastritis?

Unlikely to be typical cardiac pain. But you have not mentioned your age and other comorbid conditions, if any. Anyhow there is no harm in getting an ECG done.
