Negative RTPCR but no taste smell

Asked for Female, 29 Years

From last few days I had mild fever and body ache, also dry cough. 3 days back i lost sense to taste and smell. Today I got rt pcr report and result is negative. do i have normal flu? Or i need to get some other tests done as well?
