Negative thoughts and fear
Sir/Madam Since 20 days I am repeatedly getting negative thoughts and fear by feeling that some thing is going to happen and I may get covid effect when I went outside. Then I went for a test and got result NEGATIVE(means no problem). Still I am not able to come out of this fear and negative thoughts. Due to this I am not able to have food, good sleep also. Kindly give me some suggestion/suggest any medicine. Thanks and regards

Hello mam. Good morning. Your concern for ur physical and mental health is absolutely necessary and appreciative at this age. I wud like to share an information regarding  fear and phobia. Fear is absolutely necessary and important to have in response to any present or percieved threat to ur social, Personal and professional well being. You body prepares you in condition of " fight or flight " mode. Phobia on contrary is pathological or abnormal condition of mind and body, where there is no actual threat present ,still body is prepared repeatedly throughout the day for " fight or flight " response. It's very easy and common during COVID 19 that your fear may convert into phobia of getting infection ,this is not a good condition at all . This will prepare ur body for either a fight with percieved threat or fly/run away from it. Your body respond to this situation by increasing ur heart beat, blood pressure, sweating, altered concentration and memory, sleep, apetite, body ache , headache, acidity  , constipation, weakness ,excessive worry & impairing your day and night life activities.
Next Steps
Consult a (Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist) both are same  of ur choice. Discuss in detail about ur worries, emotions, mood , behaviour , personality and psychosocial stress.  Anxiety and phobia must be treated either by therapy or Medicines or both depending upon ur diagnosis and it's severity.
Health Tips
Don't watch , speak  or listen about corona , stop attending new for a few days. Indulge yourself into some recreational activities like gardening or any hobbies. Count all positivities of ur life and feel  gratitude towards them. Take a balanced diet and sleep. Do mediation or yoga or brisk walk in morning for min of 20 mins. Take care ** Have a safe & peaceful day**
