Hi, as you mentioned the pattern of your symptoms it seems the pain is due to a compression in the root of your nerves passing through cervical which is causing you heaviness in fingers and while walking when your hand is hanging the weak muscle groups lead to more pain. however, we still need to assess and evaluate to be sure. therapeutic exercises along with electrotherapy in a long run will help your pain subside.
Next Steps
get a consultation with us for better understanding the root cause of your action and how the treatment line will help you.
Health Tips
avoid side sleeping on the left side, do corner stretch, doorway stretch to start with. avoid sofa sitting and carrying weight more than 2kg.
