I have hands pain from 3years And my consultant say that This is nerve damage My sugar report is 137 And my consultant recommend me PREGABALIN 75MG., ACECLOFENAC100MG AND MULTIVITAMIN what should i do Plz reply

These drugs are going to reduce the pain...its called diebetic neuropathy.
