Hello Ma'am.. Twitching of eyelids is a very common condition..it can be because of tiredness, lack of sleep, lack of nutrition, stress, excess of Tea/ Coffee/ Smoking/Alcohol, fatigue , eye irritation due to issues like Blepharitis, Dry eyes etc. So again the treatment is same by reducing on stress, daily exercise and meditation, adequate sleep, adequate water intake, follow proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers/ Mobile, reducing on Tea/Coffee/Smoking/ Alcohol and maintaining good nutrition. Whenever the twitching starts you can apply Hot compress to the eyes ( Can dip clean cotton in warm drinking water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
Next Steps
If the twitching is not resolving even after 2 weeks or if it's felt over forehead or cheeks then meet any nearby Ophthalmologist to rule out other causes like Essential Blepharospasm.
Health Tips
Start with Tablet Neurobion Forte 1 tablet once a day after lunch and Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 4 times a for both eyes for 30 days.
