Nervous for hsg test
Hiii I'm very much nervous for this hsg test which is scheduled on 15 of this month...my question is... Is it really painful???and what will be the result s of this test . My gynaec told me that this test will increase my chances of conceiving...does this will really help me to get pregnant...I'm TTC since 2 years...plzzz anyone clear my doubts...

Yes it helps in conceiving and yes it is painful... but u may take painkiller injections for that.. it helps

HSG is definitely painful if not done under sedation... if you are very apprehensive about it already better get it done either under anaesthesia or else go for laparoscopic chromopertubation because your tubes main show blockage due to spasm

Doctor at diagnosis centre will give you some injection to decrease pain. It will be temporarily. It removes flimsy block. Diagnose any tubal block. Best wishes.

HSG test is an x-ray. It is not very painful. It helps to know if fallopian tubes are open or no.
