I am an epileptic patient and i am on medication since 20 yrs on Gardenal 60 mg and Tegretal 200 mg both one time night. I have a healthy 1st baby with the regular above medicines.. now i am expecting 2nd child i just need an opinion on the same.

Since you are expecting this is not the time to change any medications as there is a risk of breakthrough seizure. You need a simple  EEG to look for any brain spike activity . After delivery you should definitely recosider medication change as gardenal or phenobarbitone can be changed with a newer generation Antiepileptic which have better side effect profile.
