Nevlon cream contains shea butter, which in some can cause acne since in those people it is comedogenic. It is a good moisturizer for those with dry skin, but is not indicated for those with oily skin as they have enough greasiness on the face naturally.
Nevlon cream can be used for the rest of the body, but if it is causing acne over your face, chest or back, it is better to avoid its use in these areas.
